Good Morning!
Mmmmm - almond flour. Price? Gulp!!! Cookies? Yummy!!! (Made with honey or agave and I use the chocolates that contain a wheat-based sweetener that does not bother me.)
Do you have a special flour you use and love? Or do you stick to regular wheat flour?

I mostly use wheat flour, but I also like rice flour for coating fish in a couple recipes.

When we get a chance to order from them,I use stuff from war Eagle Mills I really like the way they grinder flowers

I do not cook so I only pick what the manufacturer chooses to add to their recipe
